Giang Ngoc LE Vietnam
Giang Ngoc Le is an accomplished advisor with over 15 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for the EPR Office of Vietnam, he plays a key role in shaping policies around Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and sustainable practices. Giang has held various senior roles at VNPAY, SUN GROUP including Strategy and Government Affairs Advisor and Director of Legal and Compliance, managing operations across multiple countries.
Before this, Giang worked at the Ministry of Justice as a Team Leader in the Department of Civil and Economic Laws, where he contributed to the development of critical legislation, including the Law on Environmental Protection 2020. Earlier in his career, he served as a Trade Remedies Officer at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, where he defended Vietnam\'s interests in international trade disputes.
Giang\'s academic achievements include an Engineering degree in Material Science from Hanoi University of Technology, a Bachelor\'s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, and a Master\'s in Public Affairs with a focus on Policy Analysis from Indiana University in the USA. In 2023, He founded Enable Labs, a pioneering organization dedicated to aiding businesses in their sustainable transformation endeavors and entry into the circular economy.
