Dr. Aoki-Suzuki joined IGES in 2007. Her current research topics include Resource Efficiency and circular Economy Policies as well as decoupling relevant indicator such as resource productivity and eco-efficiency. She has also served as member of several advisory bodies relevant to Circular Economy, Resource Efficiency (Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and SDGs (Ministry of Foregin affairs).
