Taipei New Horizon is the tallest building within the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, designed by world-renowned architect Toyo Ito. Inspired by the park’s historic tobacco factory and the surrounding natural environment, the building adopts a tiered, terraced design that gradually steps back as it rises.
At the 14th floor Taipei New Horizon Club, this design reaches a panoramic vantage point where the entire city unfolds. From here, visitors can take in Taipei’s diverse cityscape — east to west, north to south — capturing the blend of old and new districts that reveal the city’s evolution over time.
Another highlight is the breathtaking mountain scenery encircling the Taipei Basin. Through the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, you can clearly see Qixing Mountain and Datun Mountain to the north, Guanyin Mountain near the Tamsui River estuary to the northwest, and even the Keelung volcanic group to the northeast.
