Shalini BHALLA India

Author of India's first book on Circular Economy, editor of the Journal on Circularity, founder and Managing Director of International Council for Circular Economy, Shalini is a true leader who has rep-resented India on multiple international platforms. She writes for many Indian as well as international magazines. She is a part of several policy and developmental programs of federal and state bodies in India. A member of technical committee at ISO/TC 323, she got CE embedded in formal education in India. Her recent paper was published by the Economic Advisory council to the PM & G20 compendi-um. She is leading the Global South and North collaboration discussions at the WCEF & representing a cooperation of 8 countries. Receiver of several awards, her leadership skills and innovative thinking, have helped shape the global conversation on circular economy and inspire action towards a more sustainable future. She has been recently awarded by Ministry of Environment and Foreign affairs of Finland for her work in Climate action.

從廢棄物回收到系統轉型：亞洲視角下的循環經濟路徑圖
面對氣候危機與資源挑戰，循環經濟正逐漸成為各國政策發展的核心戰略。本場對談聚焦探討不同國家，特別是亞太地區的「循環經濟路徑圖」規劃經驗，探討如何從以廢棄物管理與回收為主的思維，走向涵蓋設計、製造、消費、再利用的系統轉型，以及如何因應各國不同的產業與文化，發展具有在地適應性的循環策略。台灣也將介紹最新的《循環經濟路徑圖》初稿，廣邀國際夥伴對接經驗與回饋意見。
