I was born into a humble farming family in Fengshan, Kaohsiung, and have been married to my wife for 35 years. Together, we have two sons. With the sincerity and straightforward character of Kaohsiung’s port city spirit, I am known for treating others with warmth and approaching life and work with steadiness and authenticity.
From an early age, I had a clear vision for the future, balancing both academic achievement and practical experience. While pursuing my studies, I actively sought opportunities to gain hands-on knowledge, laying a solid and reliable foundation for my personal and professional growth.
I am deeply passionate about my career and carry a strong curiosity about the world. With adaptable thinking and unwavering determination, I have overcome challenges and steadily built expertise as well as a wide professional network. In 1996, together with like-minded partners, I co-founded Haiyue International. Through continuous professional advancement and a spirit of perseverance, I have led the company to grow successfully and establish a solid position in the real estate market today.
