I have been working at the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan since 1995, with over 19 years of experience. Currently, I hold the position of Specialist in the Planning Division, where I am responsible for the revision of the Government Procurement Act, as well as reviewing procurement systems for goods and services. I also assist agencies in addressing procurement issues and formulating procurement strategies to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. I have helped the Ministry of Education promote large procurement projects, such as the installation of air conditioners in all classrooms of elementary and junior high schools nationwide, and the procurement of devices for enhancing digital learning.
