LIU Taiwan

My academic background is in Environmental Systems Analysis, and my doctoral dissertation centered on decision support systems for environmental issues, encompassing algorithm design, framework development, and spatial analysis applications. My current research focuses on the circular economy, digital product passport, and material flow analysis in Taiwan, with particular attention to integrating resource circulation with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, I emphasize the application of IoT, AI, and ICT technologies to environmental governance, especially in the areas of waste management and circular economy integration. Kun-Hsing
