Dr. Je-Liang Liou is an accomplished economist specializing in environmental and resource economics, carbon pricing, and public policy analysis. With over 15 years of experience in academia and policy research, he has significantly contributed to Taiwan’s carbon pricing mechanisms and climate policy development. He has served in multiple leadership roles in economic and environmental associations, bridging academic expertise with policy implementation.
