A passionate and influential industrial designer and educator with over 20 years of experience in innovative product development and cross-disciplinary team leadership. Specializes in innovative design, design thinking, design strategy, sustainable design, circular economy, and healthcare-related design.
Has successfully led teams to win more than 100 prestigious national and international awards, including the iF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and IDEA Design Award. Beyond design achievements, it actively integrates Problem-Based Learning (PBL) into education, adopting a student-centered, real-world problem-solving approach that cultivates critical thinking and creativity.
Annually organizes multiple innovation-focused design workshops addressing themes such as industry engagement, circular economy, and sustainable development, enhancing students’ practical skills and global perspective. Continuously advances student learning outcomes and career readiness through strategic industry–academia partnerships to bridge theory and practice.
In recent years, has been at the forefront of promoting sustainability and circular economy concepts nationwide, guiding faculty and students in higher education to explore and implement these principles in future social innovation and industrial integration.
