WEN Taiwan
Dr. Lih-Chyi Wen is the Chief Advisor of the Center for Green Economy at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) and ESG Strategy Advisor at ERM Taiwan. She was formerly the Director of the Center for Green Economy at CIER and the Deputy Director of the Green Trade Project Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan.
Dr. Wen has extensive expertise in environmental economics, sustainability strategies, and international trade policy. She has advised government agencies, multinational corporations, and industry leaders on pathways to net-zero transition, ESG integration, and circular economy development.
In 2014, she successfully led the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Eco-Product International Fair (EPIF) in Taiwan. Earlier in her career, she served as Deputy Director of the WTO Center at CIER, focusing on environmental economics, law and economics, and public policy.
Recognized as one of Taiwan’s Top 10 Rising Stars in Economics, Finance & Business Management (2008) by the Central News Agency, Dr. Wen continues to be deeply engaged in teaching, research, and policy advocacy. She has also served as a professor at National Chiao Tung University, teaching environmental economics and law & economics.
With over two decades of professional and academic experience, Dr. Wen remains committed to promoting sustainability, green innovation, and international collaboration.
