Yating Chang is currently the Director of the Planning Office at the Taipei Computer Association and the Project Leader of the Office of Strengthening Investment in Green Growth Industries. I also serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of International Business at Tamkang University. Her professional focus centers on digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, innovation and entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. She has participated in and led numerous government projects, including the Digital Youth T Ambassador Program, Digital Inclusion and AI Integrated Talent Development Program, Digital Service Center Promotion Project, Open Data Promotion Project, Data Economy Development Initiative, RFID Promotion Program, Business 4.0 Advancement Plan, and SME Digital Transformation Service Team. Through these experiences, she have dedicated myself to bridging public policy and emerging technologies, promoting social inclusion and sustainable development, and ensuring that technological innovation becomes a driving force for social progress and green growth.
