Peng Chen founded Transcene Corp in October 2019, focusing on the circular economy of semiconductor waste. The company was listed on the Innovation Board in September 2024. In September 2022, BATT. CYCLE MATERIALS CO. was established, specializing in lithium battery recycling. In 2024, Hungchi Capital Co. Ltd was founded, focusing on investments in sustainability, green energy, circular economy, smart agriculture, and carbon reduction technologies. In the past, many startups concentrated mainly on technology and product development, often neglecting strategic planning, business management, and financial planning. Over the past several years, Peng has played the critical role of helping startups strengthen these capabilities to ensure their success. Driven by passion for sustainability and recognizing the growing investment opportunities in this field, Peng decided to establish a venture capital business that integrates innovation, sustainability, and investment. The goal is to help both sustainable industries and startups succeed while delivering reasonable returns to investors.
