Chia-HsiangWANG
For the past 20 years, I have focused on research in waste management and resource circulation technologies and policies. In the early stages, my work delved deeply into the design and promotion of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) systems. Later, I expanded my focus from resource recovery to exploring business models for the circular economy, with the goal of helping governments and enterprises jointly build a sustainable circular society. Through the process of promoting circularity, I discovered that the key to success lies in establishing effective supply–demand relationships for resources. This led me to engage in the development of circular materials and the design of circular service models, with the aspiration of bringing new perspectives to society.
