Mr. Jou recently has been responsible for IDA (Industrial Development Administration) program, and has been a four-year project leader of low-carbon and transition promotion and guidance in textile industry. Besides, he is leading the team to help the enterprises seek funding support through Innovation Platform Program (TIIP) Thematic R&D program, which is mainly for enterprises to take action to implement decarbonization. Four aspects of decarbonization solutions such as equipment optimization, process optimization, energy transition, and material substitution need to be adopted and implemented practically, including their application plan, implementation solutions, schedule, facility scopes etc.. Mr. Jou is also the TTRI Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), and is leading TTRI to compile the sustainability report in compliance with requirement of GRI 2021 version.
