Rose W. Yen joined the Taiwan Research Institute in 2017 and now serves as Director of Research Division IX. Her clients span a wide range of sectors, including central government agencies, local governments, state-owned enterprises and industry associations. She has led or been involved in projects covering greenhouse gas reduction and net-zero transition strategies, city climate governance, sustainable finance and carbon pricing mechanisms, corporate human rights regulations and ESG policies, as well as stakeholder and public engagement mechanisms. Over the years she has leveraged her interdisciplinary expertise to connect government agencies, academia, industry, and civil society organizations, helping to draft policy blueprints and drive their implementation, thereby strengthening Taiwan’s capabilities in sustainable policy planning, governance framework optimization, green financial innovation and public participation.
