Dr. Liang-Jenq Leu has been a faculty member of the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU) since 1994, where he also served as Department Chair. He was the Immediate Past President of the Taiwan Construction Research Institute (TCRI), a non-profit organization that aims at promoting advanced construction technology. In addition, Dr. Leu now serves as the President of the Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan (IEET), the leading accreditation agency for engineering and technology education in Taiwan. Meanwhile, Dr. Leu was the Founding President of the Taiwan Society for Construction Safety (TWSCS) and the Honorary President of the Taiwan Society for Circular Economy (TWSCE). Finally, Prof. Leu is serving as the Chair of the Chinese Taipei APECEA/IPEA Monitoring Committee.
