Mr. Chia-En Tsai is currently the Assistant Manager of the Business Unit at Taiwan Cement Corporation, overseeing product and technology. With over eight years of extensive experience, he specializes in the research, development, and promotion of low-carbon cement and concrete, demonstrating outstanding contributions to the field of sustainable development. Mr. Tsai has held key positions, including Director of the TAF Laboratory at Taiwan Cement’s Low-Carbon R&D Center and Director of Product and Technology at the New Cement Business Development Center. He is dedicated to promoting green building materials, greenhouse gas inventories, and carbon footprint verification, assisting the company in obtaining numerous certifications. He has delivered over 300 presentations on low-carbon cement products, engaging in extensive exchanges with government, corporate, and academic sectors, successfully disseminating new sustainable knowledge and product features to the industry. A recipient of the first "Outstanding Young Engineer Award" from the Taiwan Concrete Institute, this honor recognizes his comprehensive expertise, from managing ready-mix concrete plants to leading R&D and market promotion.
